Use of content

Content is published for personal reading. You may share links freely; full or substantial reproduction requires prior written authorization.

Account and newsletter

When you subscribe to the newsletter, you are responsible for keeping your email up to date. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by writing to contato.blense@gmail.com.

Ciel assistant

Ciel is an AI assistant built into Blense that suggests and explains blog articles in response to your questions. By using Ciel, you agree to the following:

• AI-generated responses. Ciel’s answers are produced by third-party language models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. They are informational only and do not replace your own judgment, professional advice, or primary sources.
• Third-party processing. Your questions are sent to external AI services (Google Gemini and, if unavailable, Kilo). Do not enter sensitive personal data — such as full name, national ID numbers, passwords, health data, or financial details — in the Ciel chat.
• Acceptable use. Using Ciel for unlawful purposes, attempting to circumvent usage limits, or submitting offensive content, spam, or material that violates any law or third-party rights is prohibited.
• Availability. Ciel is provided “as is.” We may limit, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, including for maintenance or at the decision of our AI providers.

Usage data and advertising

By using and remaining on Blense, you agree to the collection of usage data by Microsoft Clarity (aggregated heatmaps and sessions) and to the display of ads by Google AdSense, as described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy. These services are operated by third parties and governed by their own policies; Blense does not control or have individual access to the data they collect.

Limitation of liability

All Blense content — including articles and Ciel’s responses — is provided “as is,” for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for decisions made based on it, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the AI assistant.

Intellectual property

Original texts, code, trademarks, and other elements of Blense are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Relevant changes will be flagged on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
