Terms of use

Blense's rules of use: what you can do with the content, what we expect from you and what we guarantee (and what we don't).

UPDATED ON AUGUST 21, 2026

Use of content

You may read, quote and share links to any Blense publication freely — including in professional and educational contexts. We only ask for attribution with a link to the original page.

Reproducing an article in full, or significant parts of it, with or without changes, requires prior written permission. This also applies to translations and to reuse in commercial model training datasets.

Account and newsletter

Newsletter subscription is free and voluntary. You can cancel at any time via the link in the footer of any email or by writing to our contact channel — removal is processed within 48 hours.

Ciel assistant

Ciel is an assistant based on language models. Its answers may contain inaccuracies, be outdated or not apply to your case, and they don't replace professional technical, legal, medical or financial guidance.

WARNING

Do not enter personal data, credentials, proprietary code or confidential information in questions to the assistant. Using Ciel for unlawful purposes, abusive automation or generating content that violates these terms is prohibited.

Usage data and advertising

The site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how people navigate and Google AdSense to display ads. Both collect data according to their own policies, detailed in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

Limitation of liability

The content is provided "as is", with no guarantees of accuracy, currency or fitness for a particular purpose. Blense is not responsible for technical, commercial or financial decisions made based on what is published here.

We also don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, nor take responsibility for outages, data loss or failures arising from third-party services.

Intellectual property

Texts, analyses, illustrations, original sample code, the Blense brand and the site's visual identity are protected by copyright and trademark. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for editorial reference only.

Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. The revision date at the top indicates the current version, and continued use of the site after changes are published implies agreement with the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to settle disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
